Ignite the baking nozzle on the tire for low heat baking, with a baking temperature of around 200-250 ℃ and a time of 1-1.5 hours, to ensure that the powder in contact with the tire hardens and has a certain strength. Turn on the cooling fan for air cooling. When the temperature of the tire drops below 100 ℃, demolding can be carried out. When demolding, attention should be paid not to damage the dry material construction body. After demolding, check the surface of the working layer for defects such as peeling, collapse, and cracks. Then, install prefabricated components such as impact pads and dam barriers, as well as immersion nozzles, ensuring accuracy and firmness during installation. After installation, evenly pour dry materials around the impact pad and dam. After the entire construction is completed, the stopper rod can be installed and put into use online.

Using a middle package dry material working layer, due to the lack of moisture, cracks or collapses usually do not occur during high heat baking. When baking before pouring steel, the temperature should be controlled within 800 ℃ for the first 30 minutes, and then it can be baked over high heat to 1100 ℃. The baking time should not be less than 70 minutes, and the baking time should be controlled within 180 minutes. Because the intermediate package dry material uses organic binders, prolonged baking can affect the performance of the binders, promote the oxidation of carbon, and reduce the corrosion resistance of the working layer. The superiority of dry materials in the intermediate package lies in the following issues in the use of the intermediate package spray coating working layer:

(1) Due to significant environmental impact, the removal of moisture from the working layer should be considered in winter to prevent freezing;

(2) Poor construction conditions and high labor intensity;

(3) Cracks may occur after natural health preservation or pre baking;

(4) Collapse or peeling of the working layer during the baking or pouring process;

(5) Unstable corrosion resistance to molten steel and slag;

(6) When pouring continuously for a long time, serious sintering phenomenon will occur and automatic unpacking cannot be achieved.

Compared with spray coating, the intermediate package dry material has the following advantages:

(1) Strong corrosion resistance to molten steel and slag, capable of long-term pouring, reducing the cost of refractory materials per ton of steel;

(2) Not prone to cracking and baking collapse;

(3) After construction is completed, it can be put into use online, which accelerates the turnover of intermediate packages and is beneficial for production organization;

(4) The residual lining is easy to disassemble and unpack;

(5) The working layer is sintered layer by layer during the steel pouring process, with powdered material inside. There is basically no hanging or slag phenomenon in the permanent layer, which is conducive to improving the service life of the permanent layer.
