The production process of fused magnesia is short and simple, but it requires a large amount of equipment investment and resource consumption. The electric arc furnace melting of natural magnesite ore is commonly used in China's electric fused magnesia industry to prepare electric fused magnesia. The production process technology and equipment are outdated, with low power, small capacity, low efficiency, and low degree of automation. The grade of the electric fused magnesia products produced is not high, resulting in low utilization rate of magnesium resources and serious environmental pollution.
